Terms of Service

Service Agreement

By scheduling services with Palo Alto HVAC, you agree to these terms. We provide HVAC installation, repair, and maintenance services to residential and commercial customers in the Bay Area.

Service Estimates

We provide free estimates for most services. Estimates are valid for 30 days and may be subject to change based on:

  • Additional issues discovered during inspection
  • Parts availability and pricing changes
  • Changes in scope of work requested by customer

Workmanship Warranty

We stand behind our work with a workmanship warranty on all installations and repairs. If you experience issues related to our work, contact us and we will address it promptly at no additional charge within the warranty period.

Parts and Equipment

We use factory-certified parts for all repairs. Parts warranties are provided by the manufacturer according to their terms. We are not responsible for manufacturer defects but will assist with warranty claims.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept:

  • Cash and check
  • Major credit cards
  • Financing options for qualifying customers

Cancellation Policy

Please provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Same-day cancellations may be subject to a service call fee.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of services provided. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, damage caused by other contractors, or issues unrelated to our work.
